After 4 weeks on a diet, 55 subjects received
5 mg Policosanol per day for 5 weeks, followed by 10 mg/day for
5 weeks. 67.3% of subjects experienced cardiovascular support.

One study investigated the effects of
long-term supplementation with Policosanol and heart health.
After 20 months of supplementation, significant support was
observed for exercise responses, and overall cardiac health

The Physicians Health Study followed almost
15,000 male physicians for up to five years to study heart
health. In this study, lower levels of homocysteine were found
